You can book phone and in-person appointments through the portal below. If you are booking a phone appointment to discuss a skin condition (eg. acne, rash), please upload photo(s) of the affected area prior to your appointment. 

For WELL BABY VISITS (under age 5), please call the clinic to book an appointment. 

For ICBC/WORK SAFE VISITS, please ensure you are selecting the right category when booking online. 

Please call the office if you have any URGENT concerns.

MSP coverage

Please verify that you have active MSP coverage prior to your scheduled appointment as non-MSP covered patients will be subject to a $180 dollar service fee. 

Phone appointments

Dr. Lin will call you +/- 1 hour from the time of the original scheduled appointment. She will give you 3 calls and leave 1 voicemail (if voicemail service is available).

Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments 

Cancellations must be made one full business day in advance. If you are late by more than 15 minutes for an in-person appointments or do not pick up the phone/call our clinic back within the 2 hour timeframe for phone appointments, you will be considered to have missed your appointment. All no shows, late cancellations, and missed appointments are subject to a $50 no show fee.
